We all need clean drinking water, and two-thirds of our water supplies come from rivers. Healthy rivers are vital to all of us, for our health, our communities and future generations. That’s why American Rivers is dedicated to protecting wild rivers, restoring damaged rivers and conserving clean water for people and nature.
Since 1973, American Rivers has protected and restored more than 150,000 miles of rivers through advocacy efforts, on-the-ground projects, National River Cleanup® and an annual America’s Most Endangered Rivers® campaign. Headquartered in Washington, DC, American Rivers has offices across the country and more than 275,000 members, supporters and volunteers.

NBCF’s mission is to help women now by providing help and inspiring hope in those affected by breast cancer through early detection, education and support services.
NBCF provides free mammograms to women in all 50 states through our network of hospitals. We are now joining hands with people around the world to provide breast cancer education.
